Please ensure you print and take with you the voucher we email after the payment confirmation. This voucher will be exchanged on-site if your ticket has been lost or misplaced.

PAYMENT INFORMATION - PLEASE READ

For security reasons we accept a maximum of one Paddock Club pass to be purchased at a time. You may purchase additional passes but each one has to be a new transaction. If you are purchasing for a group please contact us and we will arrange an electronic transfer.

DELIVERY INFORMATION - PLEASE READ

Delivery of Paddock club passes is normally within 30days, delays can occur if the organiser is behind schedule. In all cases we will inform you and issue you with a voucher which can be exchanged for your Paddock Club passes during the race weekend. This voucher also acts as an e-ticket if you were to loose or misplace your passes.

Every suite has the following facilities as minimum:

* Fully carpeted and lined
* Tables (for ten guests), table settings and chairs
* Floral arrangements
* Personal, branded entrance
* Flat Screen monitors (Television feeds will be as determined and supplied by Formula One Management Ltd.)
* Air conditioning (except in open plan suites)
* Private hospitality areas may be customised to to suit client’s personality and additional items,
  such as sound systems may also be obtained

Terms and conditions

Cancellations and Changes: This Activity cannot be changed or cancelled. No refunds, credits, exchanges, or cancellations of this Activity are allowed. Refunds will not be issued for unused or partially used attractions or services.
